Data we collect

• Google account data (name, email address, profile picture, Google ID) when you sign in
• The URL of the site submitted for analysis
• Generated content (mockup, audit report)
• IP address, for abuse-prevention purposes
• Payment data, processed directly by our provider Stripe — Reeforge never has access to your card number

Purposes of processing

• Providing the site analysis and redesign service
• Preventing abusive use (limiting the number of free analyses)
• Processing payments and issuing invoices
• Responding to your support requests

Legal basis

These processing activities rely on the performance of the contract with you, our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, and compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.

Data recipients

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism recognized under the GDPR.

• Google, for authentication
• Stripe, for payment processing
• Anthropic, the technology provider used to generate mockups and reports
• Google PageSpeed Insights, used as a source of supplementary technical data

Retention period

Your data is retained for the duration of your relationship with Reeforge, then archived for up to 5 years after that relationship ends (French commercial statute of limitations), except for billing data, retained for 10 years as required by the French commercial code.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data.
