Terms of sale

Last updated: August 12, 2026

This page is provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one for matters governed by French law.

Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of services by Pierre IACCARINO, sole trader (SIRET 923 789 556 00019), through the reeforge.com website, to any customer acting in a professional capacity (the "Customer").

Reeforge is reserved for professionals (businesses, tradespeople, shopkeepers, self-employed professionals) acting within the scope of their professional activity. Every order requires the Customer to declare, via the checkbox provided at checkout, that they are purchasing in that capacity and not as a consumer within the meaning of the French Consumer Code.

Reeforge provides a website audit and visual redesign service generated by our technology, delivered immediately after payment.

Description of offers

Every purchase is a one-time payment, with no commitment or automatic renewal. Reeforge does not offer any subscription.

  • Mockup — €19: unlocked mockup and full report, no code export
  • Mockup + Code — €35: unlocked mockup, full report, and HTML/CSS code export

Order and payment

Orders are finalized through secure online payment via Stripe (credit/debit card). No card data is ever stored by Reeforge.

The full price is due at the time of order.

Service performance and right of withdrawal

The ordered service (unlocking the mockup, the report, or the code export) is delivered immediately once payment is confirmed.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by checking the box provided at checkout, the Customer requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges losing their 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

Liability

Mockups and reports are generated automatically by our technology based on the actual content of the analyzed site. Reeforge does not guarantee any specific business outcome (traffic, conversion, search ranking) resulting from the use of the mockups or recommendations provided.

The Customer remains solely responsible for actually publishing the delivered elements, and for their compliance with any regulations applicable to their own business.

Ownership of deliverables

Once payment has been made and the service performed, the Customer holds a right of use over the mockup and/or exported code corresponding to the purchased offer, for the purposes of their own website.

Consumer mediation

As Reeforge is reserved for customers acting in a professional capacity (see "Purpose" above), the consumer mediation scheme provided for by Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, which applies to disputes between a professional and a consumer, does not apply to these Terms of Sale.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
